Back in touch with the world!

We’ve had a few crazy weeks, hence my absence from the online world. But don’t worry I’m hopefully getting my act together again and will post pictures of the exciting events that have kept me from blogging…I know I know you’ve heard that before! First new post…House! Finally I’ve gotten enough done to post some pictures, not that you necessarily care, but posting them gives me a sense of finality. I had a ton of fun and we are so blessed. We can’t wait for all of you to visit!

Our bedroom, and yes it's striped. Crazy...I know but my motto is: You can ALWAYS paint over it!

Little Karma's room! Pat says it's so girly she's bound to be a tom boy but I love it!

Mr. Merik's room!

Our family room. My beloved office!

Pat would be furious if I didn't include his santcuary...The GYM!
Our dinning room, with the lantern that everyone but me hates! It was Pat's grandma's and no one wanted it and I was so excited that I got it!
Our living room with the piano pat re-did for me a couple christmas' ago.

You are amazing! It looks like you had the same designer do your family room that did mine! She's incredible! No, but seriously people still ask me if I specially ordered the canvases! You should sell them on etsy! I love all of your bedrooms! Karma's is darling and is that chalkboard on the bottom of Merik's room? That is so cool! And the first picture that Eric clicked on to blow up was Pat's gym so you can tell him he did an impressive job too!

Looks awesome! I LOVE Karma's room. And yours! I might have to copy your ideas! Weird question, but are the curtains in Karma's room made from the same fabric that you used for your bridesmaid blouses? :)?

Merik's room for those that are wondering is galvanized metal in the middle (that's what's shinny)and bonus it's magnetic. The bottom is just really dark navy blue paint, but chalk board paint would be cute!! You guys are all to sweet!

RIDICULOUSLY beautiful!!! I've been in my house two years and do not even have any curtains and still have 70% of the house to paint. My problem is I don't know what to do. I need your help!!!!!! You are amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Wow. Gorgeous, of course. How do you do it? I feel good if I go to bed without dirty dishes on the counter. Oh, yeah, maybe it's the four dogs, three cats, bazillions of chickens, a huge vegetable garden, and ten acres. And no money. Sigh. But hopefully that era will be over soon. Anyway, looking at the pictures made me feel like I was leafing through a House Beautiful magazine, with the same drooling and "why can't I do that?" wistfulness. Definitely a 10.
